Who We Are Looking For

We want contractors who treat homeowners the way a good neighbor would. That means:

• Independent HVAC businesses that handle AC repair, AC installation and replacement, or both.
• Providers who also handle furnaces and other heating and cooling work.
• Businesses that serve homes with full basements, older frame houses, bungalows and ranch homes.
• Contractors who can explain their work in plain words.

What We Expect

Homeowners often reach out when they are stressed, so a few standards matter.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires, and be ready to show them.
• Give clear written quotes before work starts.
• Be honest about timing. Never promise what you cannot deliver.
• Respect busy households by offering clear arrival windows and keeping disruption low.
• Help homeowners with photos, notes and records where you can, so estimates and any insurance conversation go smoothly.
• Do not make promises about what an insurer will pay.
